A wild cigar (Wilde Cigarros) is recognisable on the outside by its floss, the uncut tuck end. Parts of the filler and the binder of this variety of cigar protrude beyond the wrapper, meaning that the taste on lighting up may differ from that of a cut cigar. The term 'wild' only refers to the floss and not to the type of tobacco used. Obviously, the flavour is determined by its composition.
